• Join me locally and experience cooking delicious plant-based recipes in a fun, educational environment.

• Learn the many health benefits of a locally grown, plant-based diet.

• Each class will prepare 6-7 recipes from start to finish.

• Leave with a recipe filled handout complete with facts and references.

• All recipes in all classes are gluten and dairy-free with vegan and nut-free options.
