Reiki Level 1 - Half day class

• Discover how Reiki works, what it is, and how it can benefit you and your loved ones

• Learn the history of Reiki, including its special connection to Hawaiʻi

• Reiki ideals and code of ethics

• Standard hand positions for treating yourself and others

• Japanese Reiki techniques

• How to perform a full Reiki session on yourself

• How to perform a full Reiki session on others

• Time to practice techniques on fellow students and also receive in return

• Experience a gentle Reiki initiation

• Earn your certification upon completion of the class

• Take home a Reiki level 1 & 2 manual

Three Reiki symbols for enhancing Reiki practice are taught and activated in your energy system during the initiation

• How to incorporate the symbols into Reiki treatments on yourself and others

• How to conduct Reiki sessions with animals

• How to use Reiki on plants and other objects, including situations

• How to conduct a Reiki session across distance

• Tips on how to develop a Reiki practice (personally and as a business)

• Code of Ethics and Standard Practices

• A gentle initiation including three Reiki symbols

• Earn your Level 2 certification upon completion of the course
